［喜訊］沈中學生勇奪教育局Filmit 2025比賽季軍
本校學生在教育局課程發展處主辦的Filmit 2025: A Student Film Competition中勇奪季軍！比賽吸引逾300份作品，來自香港頂尖Band 1學校如St. Paul’s Convent School、Diocesan Girls’ School、La Salle College、Maryknoll Convent School及Ying Wa College的強勁對手雲集，由Chinese International School、RTHK、香港中文大學、國際英語教師協會及教育局電影專家組成的權威評審團評選。
本校作品“The Power of Reading”在One-minute Film Category（中學組）榮獲季軍，獲讚攝影技巧創新、演技出色及英語流暢，完美詮釋”From Print to Screen”主題。

Filmit 2025頒獎典禮已於2025年7月3日下午2時假Sir Ellis Kadoorie Secondary School（西九龍）舉行。
BSC Students winning the Third Prize at Filmit 2025 competition organised by Education Bureau
We’re thrilled to announce that our students from Buddhist Sum Heung Lam Memorial College have clinched the Third Prize at Filmit 2025: A Student Film Competition, organized by the NET Section, Curriculum Development Institute, Education Bureau. Competing against over 300 entries from prestigious Band 1 schools such as St. Paul’s Convent School, Diocesan Girls’ School, La Salle College, Maryknoll Convent School, and Ying Wa College, our students shone brightly. The competition was judged by an esteemed panel from Chinese International School, RTHK, Chinese University of Hong Kong, International Council of Teachers of English, and NET Section film experts.
Our film, “The Power of Reading”, secured the Third Prize in the One-minute Film Category (Secondary Division), earning praise for its creative camera work, outstanding acting, and proficient English, perfectly embodying the theme From Print to Screen.
