On May 14^th, our S2 students participated in a special form-based activity: a Zentangle class with professional tutors! The workshop was conducted in English, and students were encouraged to express their creativity by writing a slogan that promotes self-appreciation and encouragement.

Zentangle isn’t just art; it’s a meditative practice that helps us relax and appreciate the beauty in everyday life. With no right or wrong in Zentangle, students experienced a boost in self-confidence as they explored their creativity.

Before the exam, they took time to meditate, allowing them to unwind and focus. Even those new to Zentangle quickly picked up skills, thanks to the patient guidance from our fantastic tutors! In just one hour, our students transformed into Zentangle artists, creating stunning pieces of art!

沈中於2025年5月14日為中二學生籌備了一個特別的英文級本活動：由專業導師帶領的禪繞畫工作坊！工作坊以英語進行，學生發揮創意，創作禪繞畫及一句宣揚自我欣賞與激勵的口號。

禪繞畫不單是藝術，更是一種冥想練習，幫助我們放鬆身心，感受日常生活的美好。禪繞畫沒有對錯，學生在探索創意時自信心大增。

考試前，他們透過冥想放鬆心情、集中精神。即使是首次接觸禪繞畫的學生，在耐心指導的導師帶領下，也迅速學會技巧！僅一小時，學生們便化身禪繞畫藝術家，創作出精彩的作品！
